Sacramento, Ca. – Stephanie and James had a beautiful wedding in downtown Sacramento at the Citizen Hotel. We fell in love with all the details from the family’s jewelry to the dress and especially the venue! We got so excited to capture them on the balcony of their hotel room that overlooked Sacramento.
